Application

1.       With good compatibility with chloroprene adhesive, it can be used to produce chloroprene rubber adhesive and it is especially applicable to the adhesive for shoes.

2.       It can be used as a curing agent for rubber such as butyl rubber, natural rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR), especially applicable to sulfurizing butyl rubber. 

3.       In coating industry, it can be used to produce end coating for external use, lacquer for floor, marine coating, antirust paint, water-based printing ink, and can be used as material of thin film anti-rust oil products.

 

Packing, transportation and storage

1.       Packing: using paper-plastic composite packaging and lined with pp bag, 25 kg/bag;

2.       Transportation: It is not dangerous material according to the transportation regulations.

3.       Storage: It should be stored in indoor, dry and ventilating place and protected from heat and fire. Recommended storage time from the date of analysis:12 months.

 

 

 

WELLITETM Phenolic Resin for Abrasive

Instruction

This series of phenolic resins are applied to bonded abrasives and are available in powder and liquid form. Due to strict formula design, effective molecular weight and distributing control method, the distribution of resin molecular reaches an ideally narrow status.

Ø  The powder resin is characterized in strong viscosity, mechanical strength, abrasion resistance, heat resistance and wet grinding stability.

Ø  The liquid resin has good wetting function, anti-moisture properties and well-distributed miscibility, and maintain high strength and grinding performance.

Packing, transportation and storage

Ø  Powder: Kraft paper bag with plastic liner inside, 25 kg/bag; Resin should be stored in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place. The storage life is 6 months, the color will become dark with the storage time, which will not affect the quality

Ø  Liquid form: 240kg/drum. Resin should be stored in a cool and well-ventilated slide gates below 20, far away from light. The common storage time: 2 months in winter and 1 month in summer.

Ø  Transportation: Both powder and liquid form phenolic resin are not dangerous material according to the transportation regulations.

 

 

WELLITETM Phenolic Resin for Casting

Instruction

This series of products are made by polycondensation and drying of phenol and formaldehyde. It has the advantages of below:

1.       The resin has high strength so that the amount added can be small, which can reduce the cost.

2.       Low gas generation, which can reduce casting porosity defects and improve yield.

3.       The resin has good flowability so it is easy to coat without any blind corner.

Instruction

This series of phenolic resin, FR-50/FR-90/FR-70N, is applied into the brake lining/pad/shoes, clutch disc and all kinds of friction materials for motorcycles, farm vehicle, cars, heavy truck and train brake shoe etc. It is characterized in good friction performance, wide adjusting range of friction ratios and good recovery ability in high temperature.

Application

Ø  F-50: Economy grade for common use, general phenolic resin features with concentrated fineness distribution, excellent consistent and high bonding strength.

Ø  F-90: Compared with F-50, it has higher purity and bonding strength and the product made of it has lower friction loss and more stable friction coefficient.

Ø  F-70N: Modified by nitrile butadiene rubber and endows final product with better impact resistance.
