Introduction
SD-5042 ,as a chloroprene latex, is of fast crystallization, high initial bonding strength, excellent adhesion, stable Storage, ozone resistance, weather resistance, oil resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, as well as flame resistance. It is non-toxic, with no organic solvents. As latex equals to Dispercool C84 from ARLANXEO, all of them have the same application. 

Appearance
White or milky white emulsion.

Application

SD-5042 is for water-based adhesive that is widely used in adhesion of shoes, construction cement & polyethylene, wall panels , furniture ,mattresses, fiber cloth, glass cloth, cushion material of seats of seats for trains, cars, and trams, etc. SD-5042 can also be for water-proof materials which concrete fast after spraying.

1.    PH value can be adjusted by customers when used. No gel during storage and delivery.

2.    Content of residual volatile organic compounds(VOC)≤0.05%。The data can be tested if required by customers.

Packing, storage and delivery

Package: plastic bucket, net weight per bucket :200kg, 1100 kg.

Keep under cover in a cool and well-ventilated place,avoiding direct sunlight.Warranty period is 6 months if temperature

Introduction
SD-511A ,as a chloroprene latex, is of fast crystallization, high initial bonding strength, excellent adhesion, stable

Storage, ozone resistance, weather resistance, oil resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, as well as flame resistance. It is dried at 130℃,dry film of high strength can be formed. As a chloroprene latex that equals 842A from Dupont.

Appearance
White or milky white emulsion.

Application

SD-511A can either be used alone or together with NRL or other synthetic latex for water-proof materials which concrete fast after spraying, impregnated products, laminating adhesives, dipped products, foam sealant, industrial coatings, sponge products, etc. It can partly replace NRL.
